Changing your mindset through the laws of nature.
I've always had the desire to seek a better understanding of quantum physics. At first, I tried to find people who would teach me. I found people who only wanted to use their power to manipulate others and create a gathering around themselves that would uphold their power structure. Including a demonization of those who tried to speak against their actions.
What I learned since then is that the timing of the universe is perfect. I also learned that I have every ability to teach and validate myself, I am the only one who knows the direction I want to head in. Often times people will let their own egos get in the way of fostering joy in another person. "If you don't do things the way I believe they should be done then you are wrong" That notion is full of oppression and colonization. No one has to take the same path yet we all can come to the same lake. And if someone does choose to take a similar path you should be gracious, understanding, and helpful.
So in my recent journey to my own path of abundance (if you've followed me for any length of time you know it has been a long inner journey), I did my own research on the understanding of quantum physics and how this relates to the popularized term "the law of attraction.' I prefer to call this understanding the Law of Nature, as I feel like it's a better fit.
So let's start from the beginning.
Quantum Physics is the study of matter and energy on a fundamental level, through the observation of atoms. Matter and energy have a minimum value associated with them. This is measured in quanta (the plural of quantum). Light of a fixed frequency delivers energy in photons, this energy can not be broken down into smaller units. When examining an atom, electrons move in multiple orbitals around the nucleus. Electrons jump orbitals with a certain amount of energetic interaction.
Other concepts that establish the foundations of QP include;
Wave-particle duality
Superposition
Uncertainty Principle
Entanglement
A change in outcome is effected based on the consciousness that is involved. When particles are measured or observed their behavior is altered.
This interaction for me is connected deeply to the environment surrounding us all. It is so important that in our daily lives we are working on crafting the environment internally and externally.
Vibration on a quantum level behaves not only as waves but also as particles.
Think of these quantum particles and electrons, photons, and up quarks as existing in fields. The only interaction you can have with these fields is an energetic one through a localized vibration. You supply energy to a field the particles collide and your outcome are vibrations. Energy fields expand all of existence, they exist everywhere and around all things.
Your thoughts and feelings
The visuals you intake
The sounds you listen to and the words you speak
Other people
The objects you put energy into
Your physical surroundings including home and the outdoors
A strong force pulls each other and creates a greater force over a distance. This form of interaction is essential for all matter to exist. A quark is an elementary particle that combines to form composite particles called hadrons, the most stable are protons and neutrons which are components of the atomic nuclei.
There are 4 types of interactions; strong, weak, electromagnetic, and gravitation. There are 6 types of quarks; up, down, strange, charm, bottom, and top. Quarks are never found in isolation, they have some combination of red, blue, and green. These colours form a strong force. Strong forces are only formed between colours, colourless quarks will not have this type of interaction.
So when thinking about how nature interacts on a subatomic level you as a part of nature, can tune into the vibrations and similarities of your own heart. Then you can create, gravitate and attract what matches that energy and those intentions. You truly do reap what you sow. When you put in the work to sow goodness, you receive that in return. It's just natural.
